We are currently seeking a Construction Controller (m/f/d) to support our nationwide construction projects in Germany.
Your Responsibilities
- Managing cost and performance accounting for construction projects
- Preparing and analyzing budgets and forecasts
- Monitoring project costs and timelines, conducting variance analyses
- Supporting monthly and annual financial reporting
- Collaborating closely with project managers and internal departments
- Identifying optimization opportunities and developing recommendations
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in construction controlling or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting and project management
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of controlling software is a plus
- Analytical mindset and structured work approach
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a high level of initiative
