Where excavators reach their limits — between curbs, tree roots, and existing pipelines — small drilling technology shows its true strength. One launch pit and one reception pit are enough; the rest happens below the surface. Traffic, local residents, and nature remain largely untouched.
Drilling lengths up to approx. 400 m, pipe diameters up to DN 500. Ideal for the dense supply networks beneath our cities and municipalities.

⎯ The Process.
Below the surface in three steps.
Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) — guided fluid drilling without an open trench. From the pilot channel to the pulled-in pipe.

Steerable Pilot Hole
The drill head is driven forward and steered along the planned route. A tracking system monitors the position and depth in real-time — with centimeter precision.

Reaming & Expanding
A reamer expands the pilot channel to the required diameter. The drilling fluid stabilizes the bore channel and transports the excavated material (cuttings) away.

Pipe Pull-In
The pre-assembled product pipe is pulled into the expanded channel in a single, continuous operation — with minimal stress and no damage to the surface.

Fluid Processing / Mud Recycling
Mobile recycling systems process the drilling fluid on-site and feed it back into the circulation system — keeping the process clean and resource-efficient.
